Payment

Payment is due at or before the time of service. We accept cash, checks, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx). The return of a check will result in a $20 returned check fee.

Cancellation

Once your session has been confirmed via e-mail, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please do your best to keep your appointment once it has been scheduled. If you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.

Scope of Practice

Rolfers™,  are not doctors or counselors and do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. Our services are not intended to replace medical or psychological care. Your provider may refer you to a medical doctor or licensed counselor if your needs are outside the provider’s scope of practice. Please talk to your doctor or counselor about any complementary services you are interested in. It is your responsibility to keep your provider informed of your health history, any current medical treatments, and any changes in your health condition.

Confidentiality

The client/practitioner relationship is confidential in nature. We comply with Federal & State laws when handling and storing personal information and health records.
